Managing Director Benja Stig Fagerland was the initiator and originator of the highly recognised project "Female Future", which was developed for NHO - the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise. The project Female Future has received a number of national and international prizes. Also, as a result of this work, Fagerland has received a number of international and national prices for her dedicated work, among them the "female citizen of the year" and the "pioneer" of the year. She is listed in several management magasines as a promising future top executive and was a nominee to the yearly womens price, given by the leading danish magasine "Alt for damerne".
She is presently a highly recomended contributor to a number of books concerning network and management philosophy. Her latest book, The Success Point, was published in october 2007 and was written together
with Mr. Peter Horn a best selling author of several management books.
Fagerland was also co-writer to the Nordic Council of Ministers year-book, which displays well known Scandinavian writers and essayists. She is used by national and international media as an expert-comentator within corporate gender equalisation related to
fields such as corporate management, corporate boards and strategic network. Fagerland has 10 years of international management experience from sales, marketing, corporate communication, corporate
strategy and business development, mainly from the IT industry.
